GHC26 Application Fee Waiver

Although the 2026 Grace Hopper Celebration has been canceled, UC Berkeley's Department of Statistics remains committed to supporting students as they explore opportunities in graduate education.

We are offering application fee waivers to individuals who registered for GHC26 and intend to apply to our MA in Statistics & Data Science program for Fall 2027 admission.

Fee Waiver Request Deadline: Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

To request a fee waiver, please complete the form below and upload a PDF copy of your official GHC26 registration confirmation email from GHC@anitab.org.

Document Privacy: You may redact (black out or remove) payment details, billing addresses, and other sensitive or unrelated personal information before uploading your confirmation. However, please ensure that your name, registered email address, and confirmation of GHC26 registration remain visible so we can verify your eligibility.

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively for verified GHC26 registrants planning to apply to UC Berkeley's MA in Statistics & Data Science program for Fall 2027 admission. Fee waivers cannot be applied to other programs or admission cycles.

Approved applicants will receive further instructions by email. Submission of this form does not guarantee a fee waiver or admission to the program.
