IEOR Fall 2025 Application Fee Waiver Request Form

Eligible applicants may request to waive the application fee to UC Berkeley IEOR graduate programs.
Before submitting your application, please complete this form. Please note: This waiver request applies only to the Fall 2025 application cycle.

We will review requests within 5-10 business days and provide next steps via email. Please do not submit your application until you receive a decision; we will not be processing application fee reimbursements.

Please complete and submit this form no later than Monday, December 2, 2024, 8:59 pm PT for the MS and PhD programs, or Thursday, December 26, 2024, 8:59 pm PT for the Master of Analytics program. Note that applicants are permitted to apply to one degree program only.
