The Fall 2027 graduation admissions application for our UC Berkeley Master of Journalism program officially opens September 24th! Join us that same day for an interactive virtual information session to kick off the application season as our portal goes live.

Discover how our two-year curriculum, five areas of study/tracks (i.e. Audio, Documentary, Multimedia-Web Video, Narrative Writing, Photojournalism), and specialized reporting areas (ie. investigative, business, climate, data, international reporting) will prepare you to launch or advance your career in impactful storytelling.
